There is excellent skiing in the winter, brilliant hiking and walking in the summer – and Europe’s highest and arguably most luxurious thermal baths to round off the day.
Sports facilities abound. Leukerbad is situated at 1,410 metres – and surrounded on three sides by towering peaks. It enjoys an excellent microclimate thanks to the clear mountain air and thermal springs.

The village is a twenty minute drive from the fertile Rhone Valley and only two hours (car) or less than three hours (train) from Geneva. Access from Milan – car or train – takes just a little longer.
It is the perfect Swiss resort – German speaking, but with many of the population fluent in English, French, and Italian. It is quiet and friendly.
